Asked for an exchange for an item and she claimed she will do it and then my messages kept being ignored and dismissed for many months on all social media platforms and communication methods. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. She talks like you're her best friend but fails to do her proper job. If you can’t handle the upkeep of a proper business then simply find another way of making money that doesn’t involve retail. I ordered a bracelet in size 16 (54mm), but they sent me the wrong size. I contacted them immediately and was promised the correct size would be shipped, but I never received it. I followed up several times, but now my messages are being ignored. Very unprofessional and disappointing .

I’ve been wearing this since 2023 and it’s still brand new hasn’t tarnished. Amazing quality 😍
