Holiday Early Access Shipping Update
Starting Thursday, December 4, all orders placed are considered Early Access to our Holiday Collection.
All orders placed between Thursday and Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday once the Holiday Collection officially arrives. Thank you for your patience and excitement!
INCORRECT ADDRESS?
If you provided a wrong address and your order has not shipped yet , we will still be able to update it with the correct address. However, if the order has already shipped , It will be beyond our responsibility . Please double check your address details before placing an order.
LOST PACKAGE
Maléa Jewelry is not responsible for any lost packages.
If for any reason your package is lost and returned to us , we will charge a resend fee. In the case where you ask for a refund and would not like your package sent back , You will be granted a Full Refund (minus the shipping cost if any).
