If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email with your name, order number and reason as to why you are not satisfied and we will be more than happy to accommodate to your needs.
If there is no issue with the item and you wish to exchange it because the design, color, or size is not suitable, you may contact us within 3 days from the date of order reception to initiate the exchange.
In this case:
- Shipping fees will be covered by the customer
- The item must be unworn
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Please note that exchanges are only accepted if the above conditions are met.
Damages/Faulty items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately.We will take care of the exchange and send you a replacement at no extra cost.Delivery time for replacements follows our standard shipping timeframe of 1–5 business days.
