We want you to love your Maléa treasures as much as we do, and buy with confidence! We stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a 1 Year color warranty program on all our jewelry collection.

If your jewelry does not live up to your expectations, please contact us at customerservice@maleajewelry.com with a video and description of the discolored item, and we will take care of the issue!

With proper care, your jewelry will last you a very, very long time! Since the jewelry is not entirely solid gold, it will eventually loose luster due to the natural progression of everyday wear. However make sure to clean them once in a while to prevent dirt accumulation.

Our Color Warranty covers visible signs of tarnishing, rust, and color fade for all waterproof items bought after oct 1st, 2024. Items covered under the warranty specify ‘stainless steel’ as part of the product description. Sterling silver jewelry and Items purchased from the Sale section are not covered under warranty, as well as clasps and extension chains. Color tarnish caused by scratches will not be covered under warranty. Any replacement items are final sale and can not be further returned or exchanged.
